The Mánfa Retreat and Creative Center (MEKA) is located in the village of Mánfa in Baranya County. By establishing and operating this Center, the goal of Dharma Gate Buddhist Church was to provide a convenient place for guests, teachers, students, where they can perform their intellectual, spiritual activities that requires silence, peace and engrossment close to the nature. The place is especially suitable for longer or shorter retreats, meditation courses, yoga camps, educational programs, and creative workshops.

Surrounded by the Mecsek Mountains, Manfa is half way between Pecs and Komló. This is a beautiful little village with 870 habitants, with diverse landscapes and good transportation. Mánfa is an attractive tourist destination because visitors can find Árpád-age church, nature protected Melegmányi-valley, Gyula-spring Kőlyuk-cave, Vágottpuszta, hiking trails, village tourism, excellent spas such as Orfű and Sikonda nearby.
